Causes, the company behind one of the most popular Facebook applications, will sell gift cards in California stores that will benefit charities this holiday season, writes the Los Angeles Times. The $25 and $50 gift cards will allow recipients to log onto Causes.com/giftcard and choose from more than one million nonprofit groups and make a donation. "This is the only card in the world that says the person you are buying it for wants to do good for the world," says Sean Parker, Causes co-founder and chairman. "There are no other cards on the rack that offer that experience."
