Today, while waking up on Facebook, I ran across an interesting article on Communication thanks to my friend Zack Curry. The article imbeds a link to a TED presentation by Benjamin Zander that I took the 20 minutes to listen to. Good choice on my part. Leadership is instilling confidence in a possibility and doing your part to persuade your followers to believe it. Listen to Ben convince 1600 adults to love classical music and you'll get it.
